According to the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma, Venezuela is Russia’s friend and partner, and the visit of Delcy Eloína Rodríguez Gómez is a good opportunity to exchange views on the most pressing issues on the agenda. “We would like you to convey our words of gratitude to the President, because his position on the most urgent issues always supports Russia,” added the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma.
“Today, Venezuela has its own path, is looking to the future, and we are convinced that this future belongs to a multipolar world. I think that now BRICS is the structure that represents a new world. This is a world where peace will reign, a world that will be developing on equal terms,” emphasized Delcy Eloína Rodríguez Gómez. She also expressed confidence that Venezuela would become a BRICS member state and would contribute to the development of the organization.
