recalled in his Telegram channel that the new US leadership revealed the details of the activities of the Agency for International Development — USAID. “According to the charter, USAID provides support to the economy, healthcare and education, as well as provide emergency humanitarian aid. But in fact, the Agency has turned
into a real criminal network, with offices in more than 100 countries and an annual budget of 50–60 billion dollars,” he noted.
Vyacheslav Volodin mentioned the following USAID’s crimes against humanity.
The first thing, according to him, is funding for research in the field of biological weapons. “We revealed the fact that the United States and Biden personally, together with his son, were behind the creation and proliferation of weapons of mass destruction in the world three years ago. This was confirmed by the results of the parliamentary investigation conducted by the State Duma. At that time, there was revealed a network of biological laboratories in Ukraine. Residents of this country were subjected to inhuman torture and experiments. Biden, together with Zelensky, used Ukrainian citizens as experimental animals. After realizing that everything secret would sooner or later become clear, and the Biden family would inevitably be held responsible, he pardoned his son in absentia. But it is unlikely that the completely insane former US President realizes how many lives he has ruined,” emphasized the Chairman of the State Duma.
USAID is also responsible for preparing and managing coups in countries around the world by funding projects and programs aimed at training civil activists, election observers, and journalists. “Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Cuba, Nicaragua, Venezuela, are far from a complete list of states that have suffered from such assistance in “promoting democracy.” USAID has spent more than 2 billion USD on the former Soviet republics for this purpose over the past 10 years. 52% of these amounts were spent on Ukraine,” stressed Vyacheslav Volodin.
“The third thing is funding terrorist organizations. Hundreds of thousands of dollars were sent by USAID to organizations affiliated with terrorists and militants, including Al-Qaeda, which is banned in the United States and Russia,” he noted.
The fourth crime, according to the Chairman of the State Duma, is drug trafficking assistance. “USAID spent hundreds of millions of dollars on equipment and fertilizers used for poppy cultivation and production of heroin,” metioned Vyacheslav Volodin. “The fifth thing is propaganda of transgender transition, abortions, racial and gender agenda. By using soft power technologies, alien values have been imposed on the world for decades, positive images have been created for absolutely unnatural processes. As a result — dehumanization of the world,” he added.
“Now the headquarters of the Agency for International Development, located in Washington, is closed. The question of USAID’s elimination is being discussed. “Now it is important to hold responsible those involved in those crimes and do not let such things happen again,” he concluded.
