The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast)
in an interview to Rossiya 24 channel answered the questions about the leading role and participation of London in the conflict in Ukraine and recalled that “England already did many bad things to drive a wedge between other states.”

“According to the results of World War II, England stopped being one of the leading states, but if it has an opportunity to make mischief, it will definitely do this. This is not just a part of its policy, it is more likely part of internal condition,” said Vyacheslav Volodin.

“They do not have capabilities for development, thus they create conflicts, they use contradictions. And get benefits from this. We can see it in Ukraine,” he added.

According to him, money lent to Ukrainian people keeps them in “centuries-long debt bondage”. “Zelensky’s regime uses this cause to stay in power. They do not think about what will happen later. And later they will have to pay back. All this assistance, it should be compensated. And Ukraine will have to compensate it,” emphasized the Chairman of the State Duma.
