Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast) instructed the Committee on International Affairs to prepare a text of the appeal of the State Duma to the UN condemning the attack on the hospital in the Gaza Strip.

“We should express our opinion, state our position on that issue. It is absolutely unacceptable to bomb hospitals and civilians,” emphasized Vyacheslav Volodin.
