The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast)
said that at his speech at the first plenary meeting of the 8th session of the 8th convocation.
“We must do everything to make Ukraine a neutral state. Only this will bring peace to Ukraine and to Europe, and will also ensure the security of our country. This is the goal of the special military operation,” he said.
“Our duty is to do everything to defeat Nazism in Ukraine. It raised its head not accidentally. All this could not happen without the help of Washington and Brussels,” he emphasized.
Vyacheslav Volodin recalled that Ukrainian citizens “are considered only just expendables.” “Now they insist that 18-year-olds who have just finished school should be mobilized in Ukraine. And then they will insist that 16-year-olds should be mobilized, just as it was in Germany during World War II,” noted the Chairman of the State Duma.
He added that the United States, together with Vladimir Zelensky, were responsible “for atrocities in peaceful territories.” “The time will come when they will have to be held responsible for this,” emphasized Vyacheslav Volodin.
