Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the Russian Federation Dang Minh Khoi.
The Ambassador expressed sincere condolences over the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall that took place on March 22, 2024 and said that on the day of mourning on March 24, he laid flowers at the memorial to the victims of the terrorist attack near the concert hall. Members of the Vietnamese community and the Embassy staff donated blood and made donations to the victims.
During the conversation, which was warm and friendly, the meeting participants paid special attention to the issues related to the upcoming visit of the Chairman of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Vương Đình Huệ to Russia, and it is planned to hold the third meeting of the Inter-parliamentary Commission on Cooperation between the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam during his visit.
