”The deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation consider it fundamentally important, timely and necessary to address German parliamentarians – members of the Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany – regarding the publication of information on the German military command’s discussion of the supply of Taurus cruise missiles to Ukraine and their use by Ukrainian armed formations to strike critical civilian infrastructure on the territory of Russia, including the Crimean bridge over the Kerch Strait. Lieutenant General I. Gerhartz, inspector of the Luftwaffe of the Bundeswehr, instructed top German officers on how to plan deliveries of long-range missiles to Ukraine, provide accelerated training for Ukrainian personnel, and provide them with the necessary intelligence to destroy the most important transportation artery linking Russian regions. In the tradition of Hitler’s Luftwaffe, with no concern whatsoever about possible casualties among Russian civilians, as well as about the humanitarian consequences for the multi-million population of Crimea as a result of the destruction of the Crimean bridge, this military commander is worried only about how to conceal the complicity of the German armed forces in the planned crimes of the Kyiv regime and to deflect the inevitable accusations against the political leadership of the Federal Republic of Germany, primarily Chancellor O. Scholz.

The released audio recording makes it explicitly clear that the air force officers were assigned this task by one of the country’s top military and political leaders, probably Minister of Defense B. Pistorius. Thus, the course of encouraging the Kiev regime to expand the territory of the military conflict and to continue terrorizing civilians, enforced from Washington, finds support in Berlin as well.

Multiple facts testifying to the use of Western weapons and ammunition by Ukraine, as well as the participation of servicemen from the United States of America, Great Britain, France and other NATO countries, including Germany, in combat operations in Ukraine, including in the capacity of instructors and military specialists engaged in the maintenance of sophisticated military equipment, give every reason to affirm the credibility and extreme danger of the plans nurtured by the leadership of the Bundeswehr. Under these circumstances, Chancellor O. Scholz’s statements about the inexpediency of supplying long-range missiles to Ukraine cast legitimate doubts and may be aimed at concealing the true goals of German policy regarding Ukraine.

The deputies of the State Duma call on the Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany to conduct an objective investigation into the participation of Bundeswehr servicemen in combat operations on the territory of Ukraine. Contrary to claims that military supplies to Kiev “bring the world closer to peace”, today it is Ukraine, which, thanks to the efforts of Western politicians, has been turned into a bloody testing ground on which the armies of NATO countries and Western companies of the military-industrial complex conduct tests of various armaments and military equipment, that suffers most from the desire of Kiev’s NATO patrons to wage war with Russia “to the last Ukrainian”.

In accordance with the Treaty on the Final Settlement with Respect to Germany dated September 12, 1990, pursuant to which only peace will come from German soil, and actions that can and are intended to destroy peace between peoples, especially preparations to wage an offensive war, are unconstitutional and punishable, the deputies of the State Duma call on the Bundestag to prevent actions that draw Germany into an armed conflict on the side of the fascist-terrorist Ukrainian regime.

The State Duma is convinced that the successful long-term experience of the Soviet-German and Russian-German settlements, the common sense of the German people and the parliamentarians who express their will, will prevent the disastrous direct armed confrontation between Germany and Russia and bring closer the beginning of a mutually beneficial political dialog for the sake of peace and well-being in Europe.“
