According to him, that is the reason why Biden’s administration did not notify the US Congress of the strikes on Yemen. “That means that the strikes were launched as part of the political interests of the incumbent president. Even his supporters say that he violated the Constitution,” added the Chairman of the State Duma.
“If the USA is a nation of law, Biden should be held accountable before he starts a new world war clinging to power by any means,” concluded Vyacheslav Volodin.
