waiting for the United States of America to ratify the Treaty (CTBT). But
Washington used its double standards and irresponsible approach towards global

According to him, “to ensure the security of our country, we are withdrawing ratification of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty.”
“Washington should finally understand that hegemony does not bring anything good. There is a need for dialogue on the principles of mutual respect, the absence of double standards, and non-interference in the affairs of sovereign states,” he emphasized.
“The Russian Federation will do everything to protect its citizens and ensure that global strategic parity is being maintained,” concluded Vyacheslav Volodin.
