“All the US investments in other states lead to bondage. France and England did the same with the African states, as well as Spain and Portugal did in Latin America,” added Vyacheslav Volodin Volodin Vyacheslav Victorovich Volodin

According to him, the USA does not care about other nations, treat them as consumables. “We should realize and see the results of such “love” in relation to the Baltic states. There are half as many people live in the countries. That happened because no one is developing the Baltic states, as it was before. And we see the consequence that many local people have to go to other European states to earn money,” stressed Vyacheslav Volodin.

Vyacheslav Volodin is convinced that Moldova has actually lost its sovereignty: those who destroyed Ukraine, now get their hands on that country. “You see that Moldovan is not a national language anymore, while there is a discussion to make Romanian an official language of the country. And many other issues are being solved not in the interests of the citizens of Moldova,” said the Chairman of the State Duma.

Vyacheslav Volodin gave an example of the Indian case: that country was a colony, but then it chose its own path of national sovereignty. “They pay a lot attention to their native language, English is almost no used there. These are issues of sovereignty,” he stressed.

According to him, lack of sovereignty definitely affects the future of states. “Sovereign states, neither the USA, nor the European Union, are not constructors, on the contrary, they take over everything,” added Vyacheslav Volodin.
