According to him, “it seems that the Kiev regime and its controlled Verkhovna Rada believe that they have indulgence for political clowning and incivility”.

“But it is not like that, and the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye Mustafa Şentop drew their attention to that. We express gratitude to the Turkish side for its constructive position. And if Ukraine continues to act like that, the state may be ignored by other states that do not support the unipolar ideology and the golden billion exceptionalism”, concluded the parliamentarian.

The Ukrainians tried to interrupt the speech of the acting head of the Russian delegation to the PABSEC, the Chairwoman of the Committee on Development of Civil Society Olga Timofeyeva by shouting anti-Russian slogans and unfurling flags. However, they did not manage to interrupt the speech. The summit and the 61st PABSEC General Assembly are being held on May 4–5 in Ankara.
