The Chairman of the State Duma stressed that Washington, trying to maintain world hegemony, had turned Ukraine into a testbed for NATO weapons and new battle methods.
According to him, it is obvious that a special military operation in Ukraine is aimed at ensuring security not only of Russia, but of the whole world.
“The plans of Washington and Brussels to isolate Russia have failed. “There is a demand for multipolarity and a fair world order in the world community”, emphasized the Chairman of the State Duma. “Our approaches to development of relations with other countries are based on the principles of mutual respect, non-interference in the internal affairs of other states, and mutually beneficial cooperation,” he said.
Vyacheslav Volodin added that during the spring plenary session, the parliamentarians would cooperate a lot with their foreign colleagues. In particular, they will cooperate with key partners at a new level.
