The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast)
posted on his Telegram channel that the elections to the US Congress would be held in three and half months.

“It is very important for the President Biden to maintain the majority of members of his party. Otherwise, he could face an impeachment. And he is unlikely to become a candidate for the next presidential election, as he plans to do,” stressed the Chairman of the State Duma.

He is convinced that the Ukrainian issue plays an important role in those elections. When Joe Biden was a Vice President, he participated a lot in its political life and was an active Maidan supporter, as added the Chairman of the State Duma.

“Having assumed the Oval Office of the White House, he became an ideologist of waging war to the last Ukrainian and had done everything to prevent a peaceful settlement in the Donbass,” emphasized Vyacheslav Volodin.

“Biden needs the continuing military conflict in Ukraine to stay in power. He has no other choice,” stressed the Chairman of the State Duma.

Vyacheslav Volodin recalled that Biden had supported the coup in Kiev. And “clinging into power, he is dragging the whole world into an armed conflict and an economic crisis,” added the Chairman of the State Duma.

“Meanwhile, Ukraine had lost its sovereignty and is on the verge of its collapse. Is Biden's presidency worth such sacrifices?” concluded Vyacheslav Volodin.
