Vyacheslav Volodin: Washington wants to start famine in Ukraine
According to Chairman of the State Duma, the USA instead of providing the real assistance to Ukraine, just takes away the necessary

The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast)
posted that on his Telegram channel.
He recalled that the US authorities tried to find ways to export grain from Ukraine: Biden said that this it should be done “to reduce prices”. The Chairman of the State Duma added that Washington had forced Ukraine into debt obligations: 40 billion USD would be send as part of lend-lease, including the weapons supplies and other assistance to Kiev with deferred payment.
“Ukraine is getting more and more loans, but this does not help to develop the country or improve the welfare of citizens. On the contrary, Washington tries to prolong the military operation on the territory of Ukraine, and that why its citizens cannot return to their usual peaceful life,” emphasized Vyacheslav Volodin.
“Instead of providing real assistance, they take away the most necessary, starting violent seizure of food. Ukrainians themselves need grain reserves until the new harvest,” he added.
“Washington does not believe that Kiev will win. The US authorities only think how to get the money back as soon as possible, starting a famine in Ukraine,” concluded the Chairman of the State Duma.
