According to the Chairman of the State Duma, “the cooperation between Russia and Armenia at the parliamentary level is very active.” Trust contributed into such cooperation between the two countries, as said Vyacheslav Volodin.
“Your support will help to develop the inter-parliamentary dialogue more actively, and we will understand each other better,” added the Chairman of the State Duma.
The Prime Minister of Armenia emphasized that such communication “gives new impetus to the relations between the two countries”.
“I am convinced that our inter-parliamentary ties will develop,” added Nikol Pashinyan.
He also assured the Chairman of the State Duma that he would support the activities of the Inter-Parliamentary Commission on Cooperation between the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.
Vyacheslav Volodin proposed to hold the CSTO PA meeting in Armenia to discuss the issues on the current agenda.
The Chairman of the State Duma also invited Nikol Pashinyan to address members of the State Duma at a plenary session during his next visit.
