Chairman of the State Duma called it another step toward de-dollarization of Russia’s economy
Today, Russian President Vladimir Putin demanded unfriendly countries to pay for gas in rubles. He stressed that receiving payments in dollars and euros for Russian supplies to the EU and the USA “does not make any sense anymore”.
“That is a historic decision
to refuse to receive payments in dollars and euros, and without such decision
it is impossible to establish financial and economic sovereignty of Russia. That
is another step towards de-dollarization of our economy,” posted Vyacheslav
