The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast)
had a telephone conversation with the Speaker
of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic.
Vyacheslav Volodin and Ivica Dacic discussed issues related to development of Russia-Serbia inter-parliamentary cooperation, as well as cooperation between the State Duma and the National Assembly of Serbia within the framework of international organizations.
The Chairman of the State Duma stressed that “relations between the Parliaments of Russia and Serbia are developing successfully and dialogue is very important.”
Vyacheslav Volodin and Ivica Dacic also discussed the upcoming official visit of the Chairman of the State Duma to the Republic of Serbia.
