“Our Belarusian colleagues do not participate in the current session because several states, such as Poland, Latvia and Austria, which suddenly decided to support them, did not allow to participate in the session. That is an unprecedented scandal when parliamentarians are not allowed to participate in the events held by international organizations,” stressed Petr Tolstoy Tolstoy Petr Olegovich Tolstoy

Anti-Russian resolution

The Russian delegation has also managed to withdraw from consideration another anti-Russian resolution.

“This is a set of false clichés that were written by Kiev’s political forces. It was their fault that a civil war was unleashed on the territory of Ukraine, their people killed civilians in the East of Ukraine and, of course, they and their European patrons will be held accountable for their actions. As for the Kerch Strait, I would like to remind once again everyone who wants to enter the territorial waters of Russia, they need permission. Everyone who will enter there without permission will go to the bottom,” said Petr Tolstoy.

He added that all claims against Russia in connection with the military exercises conducted on its territory were “ridiculous” compared to the NATO military maneuvers in the Baltic and Black Sea.
