Members of the State Duma will prepare a relevant statement on the situation related to the oppressing actions against Russian-speaking citizens in Ukraine in connection with the adoption of a new law, as well as on providing assistance with vaccination against COVID-19 to residents of the South-East Ukrainian territories and Transnistria.

According to the Chairman of the State Duma, the current situation in Ukraine with the oppression of the Russian-speaking citizens is ”a violation of fundamental rights.“
