“The Inter-parliamentary Commission on Cooperation between the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China will help to make our cooperation more effective. Let's take such opportunity. It is necessary to establish substantive cooperation between the specialized committees so that the issues that were discussed at the meetings of the Inter-Parliamentary Commission would be implemented in a concrete, practical way,” said Viacheslav Volodin.
