“The European Court of Justice in Luxembourg has recently ruled that the Hungarian law, requiring registration of donations and grants received by non-governmental organizations from abroad, does not comply with European standards. Thus, Hungary must execute a decision that promotes interference in the state’s internal affairs. Such instructions can only be objected by adopting a norm of the basic law on its primacy,” emphasized Viacheslav Volodin.

“It is very important to support amendments to the Constitution in this case. Each vote in favour of these amendments will make our country stronger,” the Chairman of the State Duma stressed.
