applications, about 140 of them are parliamentarians from 60 countries,” said
Leonid Eduardoviсh .
He also noted that the Forum, which will be held in Moscow for the third time, is becoming the key event “of international activities of the State Duma, which, in turn, is the parliamentary projection of the foreign policy agenda of Russian President Vladimir Putin.“
“The number of participants of the Forum is exceeded only by the Inter-Parliamentary Union, and that means that Moscow is turning to one of the capitals of world parliamentarism,”added Leonid Slutskiy.
The third International Forum ”Development of Parliamentarism“ is expected to be held on June 28 — July 1 in the Pillar Hall of the House of the Unions in Moscow.
