“Comparison of fascists and fighters with the “brown plague” is a rare cynicism growing to blasphemy,” he said.

At the same time, the parliamentarian pointed out, the Sejm’s resolution urges ”not to falsify history.“

“The Polish parliamentarians have well mastered the well-known Washington method of “shifting the blame” and accusing others of what they have succeeded in. By such resolutions, the country's parliament tries to cover up the shameful words and deeds of its own previous statesmen, to rehabilitate their flirting with the Nazi regime,” said Leonid Slutskiy.

Earlier the Sejm of Poland adopted a resolution in which it protested “against the manipulation of facts and the distortion of history by Russian politicians to discredit Poland and worsen Russian-Polish relations.”
