“The detention of a member of United Russia, Igor Kucheryavy, by the Security Service of Ukraine is political revenge. Kiev continues to hunt for Crimean people who refused to recognize the unconstitutional coup in 2014 and submit to the bloody junta of Poroshenko”, Leonid Slutskiy Slutsky Leonid Eduardovich Slutsky

stressed.

The Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs recalled that “criminal cases were instituted against 6 thousand citizens of the Russian Federation — residents of the peninsula, for supporting the reunification of Crimea with Russia.” “Kirill Vyshinsky, who was the political prisoner in Ukraine, spoke about that on November 22 at an expanded meeting of the Committee on International Affairs, where issues of protecting the rights of Russian people abroad were discussed. This is a real problem,” the parliamentarian added.

Leonid Slutskiy also said that the Committee “will closely monitor the situation.”
