“The exchange of retained people by Russia and Ukraine according to the “35 to 35” format is one of the first and very long-awaited steps towards restoring a civilized dialogue between Moscow and Kiev. This was preceded by difficult negotiations and even political speculations,” said the parliamentarian.

According to Leonid Slutskiy Slutsky Leonid Eduardovich Slutsky

The Chairman of the Committee also congratulated Kirill Vyshinsky and his family on his return to Russia.

“To say the least, this event is one of the most significant at the current level of Russian-Ukrainian relations. We can hear each other, negotiate and act in the interests of our citizens. So, sooner or later we will return to good neighborly relations and remove all artificially erected barriers between our fraternal peoples,” summed up Leonid Slutskiy.
