“We are in favor of dialogue but it should be on an equal footing,” said Viacheslav Volodin. “No one has the right to infringe the rights of national delegations,” he added. “Before applying for participation in the PACE regular session, what was proposed to do in June by our colleagues from the Parliamentary Assembly, we will hold consultations with all the factions that participate in the formation of the delegation,” concluded the Chairman of the State Duma.
“We will analyze all the risks and decide,” added Viacheslav Volodin.
