From June 1, 2019, single tariffs will be applied as payment for communication services regardless of the region where a customer is at the current moment. “This law will allow people, moving to another region, to save money when they talk with their relatives, friends and colleagues on the phone,” Viacheslav Volodin commented on it earlier. Today, on December 21, the law has been approved by the Federation Council.
On December 22, the so-called “government hour” will be held for the first time at the plenary session of the 55th session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Belarus-Russia Union State. This is a new format of work of the Union State parliamentarians. The topic of “the government hour” with participation of Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Konstantin Noskov and the Minister of Science and Higher Education Mikhail Kotyukov is creation and further functioning of the unified scientific and technological space of the Union State and prospects of abolition of roaming on the territory of the Union State.
