“The central theme of the International Parliamentary Games is friendship. Parliamentary diplomacy, people-to-people diplomacy are those things lacking in world politics. Members of parliaments have played for centuries a bridging role between states, governments and peoples. At a time when some Western politicians are building walls between states and conducting trade wars, we, on the contrary, open doors for representatives of all countries to engage in frank dialogue,” said Mikhail Degtiarev Degtiarev Mikhail Vladimiroviсh Degtiarev
