recalled the words of the President of the Russian Federation from his speech at the opening ceremony of the Eurasian Women's
Forum, that ”now women produce 37% of world GDP.“ ”And if the number of men and women in the labour market is equal, the gross product will
increase by trillions of dollars. The world, the states will only get benefits
if there will be more and more success stories of women,“ — the parliamentarian quoted the President of the Russian Federation.
Elena Serova also noted that Russian women understand the importance of self-realization on equal terms with men, so that, keeping the balance of power, they manage to achieve the best results together.

noted that at present
women from all countries are actively consolidating to discuss the existing
problems in the field of education, science, entrepreneurship. She stressed
that there is an understanding of these problems and solutions are being
discussed.
Head of the delegation of the Vietnam Women Council Nguyễn Thị Thu Hà told Russian colleagues that the percentage of women in Vietnamese Parliament is 26.7%.
An important feature of the Council is that they have the right to put forward bills to support women and children. She also noted that women run 30% of Vietnamese companies and business organizations.

Chairwoman of the Committee on Regional Policy and Problems of the North and the Far East, informed about social support for motherhood by the federal and regional governments, the development and use of innovative technologies, in particular, the digital economy.
Summing up the meeting, the participants agreed on the need for further exchange of experience to enhance the women’s contribution to the development of society and to strengthen the friendship between two countries. Representatives of the Vietnamese delegation thanked the Women's Club of the State Duma and invited Russian colleagues to participate in the Pacific Forum of Women Scientists, which will be held in Hanoi in October 2018.
