Commission on Cooperation between the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Assembly of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of the Islamic Republic of Iran (established on 9.04.2018)

In accordance with the Regulations, the Commission meets annually. The composition is up to 10 members from each side. It is co-chaired by the Chairman of the State Duma and the Chairman of the Islamic Consultative Assembly or their deputies. The first meeting is planned to be held in Volgograd in September 2018.

Co-chairman of the Commission from the Russian side:

Commission on Cooperation between the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia (established on 17.12.2015)

The commission meets annually. The composition is determined by the agenda, up to 10 members from each side. The co-chairs of the Commission are the Chairman of the State Duma and the Chairman of the National Assembly. The last (2nd) meeting that was the one was held in Belgrade on June 5, 2017. The next meeting is planned to be held in Russia at the end of 2018.

High Russian-French interparliamentary commission (established on 24.10.1995)

In accordance with the Charter, the Commission meets annually. The composition of the Commission is determined by the agenda up to 10 members from each side. The co-chairs of the Commission are the chairmen of both chambers The last meeting was held on February 6, 2013. The next meeting is planned to be held in Russia on July 25, 2018.

High Russian-Italian interparliamentary commission (established on 15.06.1999)

In accordance with the Protocol on Cooperation between the State Duma and the Chamber of Deputies, the Commission meets annually. The composition is determined by the agenda, up to 10 members from each side. The chairmen of the chambers are the co-chairs. The last meeting (15th) was held in Rome on 6.10.2017. The next meeting of the Commission is planned to be held after the formation of the Italian part of the Commission upon the results of the parliamentary elections in Italy on 4.10.2018.

Inter-chamber parliamentary commission for cooperation between the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Assembly of Representatives (Majlisi namoyandagon) of the Supreme Assembly (Majlisi Oli) of the Republic of Tajikistan (established on 14 December 2005)

In accordance with the Regulations, the Commission meets twice a year. The composition is up to 10 members from each side. The co-chairs of the Commission are approved by both chambers respectively. The last meeting was held in Moscow on December 9-12, 2008.

Inter-chamber parliamentary commission on cooperation between the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan (established on 25.04.2012)

According to the Regulations, the Commission meets four times a year. Composition: 15 members are from the State Duma, 20 members are from the Mazhilis. The co-chairs of the Commission are the deputy chairmen of both chambers. The last meeting (10th) was held in Moscow on May 21, 2018. The next meeting (11th) of the Commission is planned to be held in Kazakhstan in 2019.

Interparliamentary Commission on Cooperation between the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the National Assembly (Milli Majlis) of the Republic of Azerbaijan (established on 16.04.2001)

According to the Regulations, the Commission meets twice a year. Composition: 10 members of the State Duma, 10 members of the Federation Council, 20 members of the Milli Majlis. The co-chairmen of the Commission are the deputy chairmen of the Federation Council and the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The last meeting (14th) was held in Baku on 02.11.2017. The next meeting (15th) is planned to be held before the end of 2018.

Interparliamentary Commission on Cooperation between the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia (established on 18.02.1998)

According to the Regulations, the Commission meets twice a year. Composition: 10 members of the State Duma, 10 members of the Federation Council, 20 members of the National Assembly. The co-chairs of the Commission are the vice-speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and a member of the Federation Council. The last meeting (30th) was held in Yerevan on 02.11.2017. The next meeting (31st) of the Commission is planned to be held in Yerevan in 2019.

Interparliamentary Commission on Cooperation between the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova (established on 29.10. 1996)

Composition: 7 members of the State Duma, 7 members of the Federation Council, 14 members of the Parliament of Moldova. Co-chairs of the Commission are approved by the parties. In accordance with the existing practice, the co-chairs were the Deputy Head of the Duma Health Committee and the Deputy Head of the Economic Committee of the Parliament of Moldova. The last meeting was held on 13.10.2008. The State Duma of the seventh convocation has not approved the composition of the Commission.

Interparliamentary Commission on Cooperation between the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz Republic (established on 17.05.2007)

Composition: 13 members from each side, the co-chairs are approved respectively by the councils of the Federation Council and the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and by the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz Republic. In accordance with practice, the co-chairs of the Commission were deputy heads of committees. The last meeting (8th) was held on in Bishkek June 20, 2018. The next meeting (9th) is planned to be held in one of the regions of Russia in 2019.

Interparliamentary Commission on Cooperation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China (established on 23.09.2014)

In accordance with the Charter, the Commission meets annually. Composition is determined by the agenda, up to 10 members from each side. The Commission co-chairs are the Chairman of the Federation Council, the Chairman of the Duma and the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the NPC. The last meeting was held on 4.07.2018. The next meeting is planned to be held in Russia in 2019. 5 representatives of both chambers of the Federal Assembly take part in work of Commission from the Russian side.

Russian-Indian Interparliamentary Commission (established on November 16.11.1998)

In accordance with the Charter, the Commission meets annually. The composition is determined by the agenda, up to 10 members from each side. The chairmen of the chambers are the co-chairs of the Commission. The last meeting was held on July 11, 2017. The next meeting is planned to be held in India at the end of 2018.
