“There were enemies among them. Congress will discuss the issue [who received USAID funding], and we should ask Congress to provide lists containing names of those who received money in Russia. If they recognized this organization as an enemy, they should give us those lists,” said Vyacheslav Volodin and added that “we will send to the FSB.”

“The relocants left and hoped that USAID would continue to finance them there, abroad, and now they will be left hungry and cold. Hoping that they will be given something again there. But no one will do it,” emphasized the Chairman of the State Duma.
