of the special guests. Earlier, on behalf of the President of the Russian
Federation Vladimir Putin, he arrived in Caracas to represent Russia at the inauguration ceremony.
Russia and Venezuela maintain friendly relations not only at the level of the leaders of the two countries. On the streets of Caracas, people were holding both the Venezuelan flag and the Russian tricolor.
The residents of Caracas warmly welcomed the representative of Russia, the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin. And when they saw a car with Russian flags, people chanted: Russia, Putin!
