On behalf of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, Vyacheslav Volodin represents Russia at the inauguration ceremony of President-elect Nicolás Maduro. The ceremony is scheduled to be held on January 10.
The presidential elections were held on July 28, 2024. Members of the State Duma were the international observers and monitored the process of the will expression of the citizens of Venezuela and noted the high level of the organization of the elections.
