The 80th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and Nicaragua is marked in 2024, as recalled the Chairman of the State Duma.
“Our countries are building relations on the principles of equality, mutual respect, trust, and respect for the national interests,” stressed Vyacheslav Volodin.
“We have much in common. We stand for a just multipolar world, rule of the international law, ensuring stability and security, non-interference in the internal affairs of the sovereign states, absence of double standards, and we defend those principles together at the international organizations. That is our strength,” noted the Chairman of the State Duma.
It would be right to find new effectives solutions within the inter-parliamentary dimension to implement various joint projects, as said Vyacheslav Volodin: “Russia has something to offer.”
“Additional opportunities give us new formats of cooperation between our parliaments. It would be right to make our friendship and long-standing relations stronger. Together, we can counter any foreign pressure, cope with challenges and threats, protect sovereignty and independence of our states,” emphasized the Chairman of the State Duma.
