The Co-Chair of the Commission, Deputy Chairwoman of the State Duma Anna Kuznetsova Kuznetsova Anna Yurievna Kuznetsova
Anna Yurievna
said at the meeting that Kiev had become a “catalyst for international terrorism.” According to her, criminals from all over the world use the infrastructure created by Ukrainian leadership to achieve their goals.

In her report, she noted that Ukrainian militants continued to attack residential areas and civilian infrastructure. “During the period since the last meeting of the Commission, terrorists killed seven children. In total, since the end of 2023, 26 children were killed as result of Ukrainian aggression. Ukrainian terrorists continue to attack children's infrastructure. Since the beginning of the year, more than 50 objects have been damaged, including children’s clinics, a children’s regional clinical hospital, kindergartens, and many others objects,” added Anna Kuznetsova.

According to the Co-Chair of the Commission, the Ukrainian Armed Forces used American multiple launch rocket systems and cluster munitions during shelling; and on May 16, they used US-made guided missiles against civilians in Makeyevka for the first time.

“The Investigative Committee of Russia has opened more than four thousand criminal investigations against the military and political leadership of the Kiev regime. We see, colleagues, that literally in such a rhythmic manner, there are being made life sentences decisions un relation to those militants of the Ukrainian regime who harmed civilians, and the number of criminal cases shows that no one will escape responsibility,” emphasized the Deputy Chairwoman of the State Duma.

Anna Kuznetsova proposed that after approval of the final report, the chambers of the Federal Assembly also should send it to the Prosecutor General, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee and the Minister of Internal Affairs, as they could use the collected materials in their further work.

“We want to include in the final report a proposal for relevant authorities, including the Prosecutor General’s Office, to officially initiate the recognition of the structures of the Kiev regime as terrorist organizations,” added Anna Kuznetsova.

, the State Duma continues to organize the rehabilitation of children by using funds that were received from Google in accordance with the court decision for blocking the Duma TV channel on the YouTube, according to the Deputy Chairwoman of the State Duma. “Already 158 children from the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye, Kherson and Belgorod regions have undergone rehabilitation and sanatorium treatment in Crimea. Qualified specialists — psychologists and doctors — worked with the children. We also organized distance education for children so that they could not miss classes while undergoing rehabilitation,” said Anna Kuznetsova.

According to the Co-Chair of the Commission, work on organizing sanatorium and rehabilitation treatment for children from border regions will be continued: in the summer, 38 children with special needs will come to Crimea from Donbass, and 196 people in total will use the rehabilitation program organized by the State Duma.

“Our work in the areas of the special military operation, systematic contact with the public society, including parents, analysis of publications and reports of officials of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, the Republic of Crimea, Kherson, Zaporozhye and other border regions indicate that Ukraine is systematically, grossly violating all conceivable norms of ethics and any boundaries, it has a diabolical, destructive impact on the most vulnerable part of civil society, on those whose interests and safety must be unshakably protected by state in the name of the future,” said the Chairman of the Committee on Defence Andrey Kartapolov Kartapolov Andrey Valerievich Kartapolov

at the meeting.

According to the information received from the mentioned regions and the Investigative Committee since May 2014, in the framework of the criminal case on the use of prohibited means and methods of war in the Donbass, there has been revealed that more than 5,328 civilians were killed, including over 300 minors, and at least 10,473 civilians were injured, more than 531 of them were children and teenagers.”

The most dangerous things include the use of the so-called “dirty” technologies for the mass involvement of young people in illegal activities, in particular the American so-called Columbine movements or mass shooting, groups that encourage children to commit suicide, trash streams, as well as the promotion of drug use and LGBT among teenagers, as noted at the meeting the Chairman of the Committee on Security and Corruption Control Vasily Piskarev Piskarev Vasily Ivanovich Piskarev

.

“The United States and its NATO allies, by helping the Ukrainian criminal regime, use their methods of psychological influence on the consciousness of our younger generation,” he emphasized.

According to Vasily Piskarev, there had been found textbooks created for minors by foreign agents, containing propaganda of same-sex marriages, drug use and involvement in protests, instructions for teenagers on preparing acts of sabotage and other serious crimes.

“I see our task as taking adequate legislative measures to respond to each threat,” he added.

The next meeting of the Commission will be held at the State Duma.
