made a statement on the results of work of the Parliamentary Commission on Investigation into Activities of the US
Biological Laboratories in Ukraine:
“Vyacheslav Viktorovich, dear colleagues!
John Calvin Coolidge Jr., the 30th President of the United States of America, once said: “The chief business of America is business!”
And already in 1945, at the Nuremberg Trials, the German economist Hjalmar Schacht, accused of creating the economic model of the Third Reich, said in his own defense: “If you want to blame our industrialists who helped rearm Germany, then you should be charged yourself.”
The special military operation in Ukraine showed that biological warfare is just a business for the USA. A business with big dividends and much safer than a nuclear war.
For example: research is being conducted in the US-controlled laboratories around the world, and then there is a spread of an infection in some territories. As a result, WHO prohibits the livestock reproduction, and also requires to kill animals potentially predisposed to infection. In the conditions of the acquired shortage of meat, there will be the export of meat products from the USA to the domestic market of the country where the “infection” was found. Thus, a local producer is easily replaced by an American one.
The Parliamentary Commission found that the Pentagon conducted in Ukraine dual-purpose research bypassing international BTWC obligations.
It has been unequivocally proven that the so-called Ukrainian projects (UP) are primarily aimed at studying potential agents of biological weapons, as well as economically significant infections that have natural foci and make it possible to use of pathogens and call them as natural outbreaks of diseases.
In 2021 alone, the damage caused by bird flu exceeded 1.7 billion rubles, 6 million of poultry were destroyed. In European countries, the losses of the agricultural industry from this disease reached about 2 billion euros.
At the same time, the US farm incomes increased sharply in the same year. Thus, the growth in revenue of the food company Cargill (USA) for 2021–2022 amounted to 45%.
The activities of biological laboratories and the US-implemented program aimed at “reforming” the Ukrainian healthcare system have led to an uncontrollable increase in incidence of diseases in Ukraine.
The information received from the report of T. Ostashchenko, Commander of the Medical Forces [of Armed Forces] of Ukraine, indicates that the situation in the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of March 30, 2023 is unstable. The centers of infectious diseases are located in more than 570 military units, more than 1350 servicemen were infected.
We can only guess what is the real epidemiological situation in other territories of Ukraine.
During the investigation, it was found that the USA paid special attention to research in the development of specific pathogens for specific ethnic groups, i.e., gene-type weapons. Unlike chemical weapons, the use of which requires the creation of relatively large amounts of appropriate poisonous substances, certain types of biological agents are self-replicating.
As the Americans like to say, “nothing personal, just business.”
Thus, the research conducted by the Pentagon on the territory of Ukraine, as well as the former Soviet countries, poses a direct threat to the Russian Federation and requires development of special measures to ensure biological security not only on the territory of our country, but also abroad.
In this regard, I ask you to support the outcome report and proposals of the Parliamentary Commission!
