The Council of the State Duma decided to suspend payment of contributions to the OSCE PA
That was announced by Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin
“Today, at the meeting of the Council of the State Duma, we have considered an issue related
to Russia’s payment of contributions to the budget of the Parliamentary
Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe. We have
made a decision to suspend payments of contributions for 2023 and recount the contribution that Russia paid in 2022,” said Vyacheslav Volodin

“We face attempts aimed at obstructing the work of our delegation in the OSCE PA. We should not pay if we do not participate in it. If we are not allowed to work there this year, we will demand to return previously paid contributions,” stressed the Chairman of the State Duma.
