She added that Russia's
special operation had helped to stop further implementation of Washington's
secret military biological project in Ukraine, which “poses a direct threat to the biological safety of Russia and the whole world.”
“This is not the first time when
high US officials have been caught for justifying unconscionably their
biological project in Ukraine, which is a part of their global military
biological programme,” stressed the Deputy Chairwoman of the State Duma.
“It is obvious that the US
military biological research in Ukraine is just one of the links in the chain
of dangerous US military biological activities,” said the Co-Chair of the Commission.

Conference presented relevant proposals to protect the world from dangerous
research and possibilities of producing biological weapons, as recalled Irina
Yarovaya. “It is Washington that consistently blocks such initiatives,” she
added.
Earlier, the Deputy Chairwoman of the State Duma Irina Yarovaya said
that the Parliamentary Commission decided to invite Jeffrey Sachs, who chairs
the Lancet COVID Commission, and former DTRA (the US Defense Threat Reduction
Agency) Director Kenneth Myers and the American scientist Andrew Huff to the meeting of the Commission.
