The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast)
emphasized that “the Pentagon has deflated.”
According to him, such decision should be considered “as a failure of the US missile defence system development.”
“And Washington should start using underwater balloons to combat our Poseidon system,” concluded the Chairman of the State Duma.
