decision of the US defense department to start using balloons to combat Russia's
hypersonic missiles, the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin

emphasized that “the Pentagon has deflated.”
According to him, such decision should be considered “as a failure of the US missile defence system development.”
“And Washington should start using underwater balloons to combat our Poseidon system,” concluded the Chairman of the State Duma.
