, there is no doubt that the US military
biological programme in Ukraine is a part of the Pentagon's project on global
biological aggression, and it aimed at regulating population number and ruining
other countries.
“We see that as part of the first experimental madness the Pentagon and the criminal Ukrainian regime used the people of Ukraine, including the military personnel,” said Irina Yarovaya.
According to her, “they have recently chosen a cynical and inhuman option, and the United States of America decided to pretend to be invisible.”
“Bacteriological weapons are very dangerous as the strike, its origin, and the responsibility are outside the parameters of control and evidence. Mass casualties and the collapse of economies should definitely be prevented. And Russia has provided an opportunity to stop this aggressive bacteriological madness of the United States of America,” emphasized the Deputy Chairwoman of the State Duma.
The special operation aimed at protecting the residents of the DPR and LPR and a parliamentary investigation conducted by members of the State Duma and the Federation Council helped to reveal secrets of the US military biological project in Ukraine, and plans for the implementation of biological aggression against Russia had been suspended, as said Irina Yarovaya.
“We will obtain international decisions on the strict compliance by the United States of America with the BTWC provisions and control over its activities, preventing the development and use of biological weapons,” the Co-Chair of the Commission concluded.
