The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast)
posted on his Telegram channel that “none other than the US President Joe Biden” was
responsible for creating biological laboratories in Ukraine.
He added that an investment fund of the US President’s son Hunter Biden financed research and implementation of the US biological military programme. It is obvious that Joe Biden, both as a father and as a head of state, knew about those activities, as stressed the Chairman of the State Duma.
“It is time for the President of the United States to explain to the world community the facts revealed during the special military operation in Ukraine about the activities of biological laboratories. And the US Congress should start its own investigation,” emphasized Vyacheslav Volodin.
Also it had been revealed that the fund of the well-known “color revolutions” organizer George Soros, who openly called for “regime change” in our country, was also involved in this military programme, as mentioned the Chairman of the State Duma.
“The Commission on parliamentary investigation of the circumstances related to creation of biological laboratories by the US specialists in Ukraine will consider this issue as a matter of priority,” stressed Vyacheslav Volodin.
