The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast)
also instructed to create a commission which would conduct a parliamentary investigation. Members of the State Duma unanimously supported the initiative. The Deputy Chairwoman of the State
Duma Irina Yarovaya

Irina Anatolievna
will supervise its work.
“The very fact of creating a commission for a parliamentary investigation means that there are some special situations that pose a real threat to life, freedoms and human and civil rights, to the state and society,” emphasized Irina Yarovaya.
The current situation in Ukraine is one of such special situations: “It is quite obvious that biological laboratories, which, according to their representatives, are controlled by the United States, were created in Ukraine to develop biological weapons using genomic material and conducting biological research to create mass destruction weapons, which is the blatant violation of the UN Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on their Destruction.”
“Earlier, it was announced that such laboratories were located in Georgia and other countries near our borders. Dozens of the US laboratories were found on the territory of Ukraine. Thus, there is a threat not only to Russia, but also to the whole Europe because of the territorial proximity,” said Irina Yarovaya.
“In fact, that is a biological terrorism, hidden from the international community by the criminal activities of the United States on the territory of other states in order to develop and then to use mass destruction weapons, because biological weapons and such activities are aimed at mass destruction of people, specific ethnic groups, Slavs,” said the Deputy Chairwoman of the State Duma.
“It is important for the entire international community to realize that the very fact that the United States created secret biological laboratories on the territory of Ukraine, the unwillingness to support together with other countries the implementation of the UN Convention on the Control of Biological Laboratories, could be a reason to consider the fact that the goals and intentions of the United States are not aimed at a friendly research, but at preparation for causing real harm to the European nations and Slavic peoples, ”said Irina Yarovaya.
“The special operation aimed at denazification and demilitarizion of Ukraine revealed the facts of the development of biological weapons, that shows that Russia is already taking real measures to protect Europe not from a hypothetical, but a real threat,” the Deputy Chairwoman of the State Duma stressed.
Speaking about the tasks of the commission on a parliamentary investigation, Irina Yarovaya said: “Our task is to learn more about the situation using primary data, which already proves the facts of different committed crimes.”
She added that experts and specialists would be involved in the commission’s work.
“We will present the composition of the commission within a week. This process, like all activities of the commission, will be transparent. All events, facts that will be revealed as part of the work of the commission will be presented to the Russian and international public,” Irina Yarovaya emphasized.
“I am convinced that the facts of mass diseases in Ukraine of poliomyelitis, measles, diphtheria will be also reviewed. It is important to understand, if those experiments and studies on Ukrainians, on real people, that the United States conducted, are the new forms of fascisization covered in supposedly civilized values or preparation for the mass murder of the Ukrainian people and the Slavic peoples,” said the parliamentarian.
“All those questions are in the interests of all European nations, a global understanding of peace and security. We need an honest, impartial, verified, reasoned answer,” she concluded.
