Members of the State Duma adopted the draft resolution “On the appeal to the United Nations Organization and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe on the need to investigate the activities of biological laboratories in Ukraine.”

Department confirmed their existence, but could not give any coherent

“If the facts of the implementation of the military biological program in the interests of Washington are confirmed, that will be a gross violation by the United States and Ukraine of the UN Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological and Toxin Weapons,” he added.
“The issue is extremely important. Biological weapon is not created without a purpose. It is aimed at mass annihilation, it poses a threat to all mankind,” emphasized Vyacheslav Volodin.
The text emphasizes that members of the State Duma “express extreme concern over the activities of biological laboratories in Ukraine aimed at testing the impact on humans of pathogens of such deadly diseases as plague, anthrax, cholera.”
“The fact that several dozen biological laboratories in Ukraine work in the interests of the United States of America was confirmed by the US Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland,” the authors recall. At the same time, the Ukrainian authorities are trying to hide the facts of existence of dangerous laboratories, as members of the State Duma added.
“Members of the State Duma appeal to the UN and the OSCE PA to immediately investigate the activities of biological laboratories in Ukraine. If these facts are confirmed, that will be a gross violation by the United States and Ukraine of the UN Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on their Destruction,” the text of the document says.
Members of the State Duma also called on all international institutions to join the work of the State Duma commission on investigation of those facts.
“For our part, we initiated a parliamentary investigation into this issue. The information received should be presented to the world community,” the Chairman of the State Duma added.
