The 140th IPU Assembly is taking place in Qatar. This year the main topic of the agenda is “Parliaments as a platform for raising the level of education for peace, security and the rule of law”.

The Chairman of the State Duma will take part in the events of the IPU Assembly, he will also deliver a speech at the plenary session.
