The non-renewal of START III in 2021, in turn, may entail withdrawal from the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, which will completely demolish the entire non-proliferation and disarmament regime on the planet, which took decades to build in the second half of the last century. And this will lead to a real new “Cold War” and an arms race with a probability of 100%, which puts the world on the verge of a nuclear catastrophe. I would not want this”.
