Russia and Cambodia will cooperate on issues of providing mutual legal assistance to citizens
The relevant agreement was ratified at the plenary meeting
The State Duma ratified the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Kingdom of Cambodia on providing mutual legal assistance to citizens in the field of international criminal justice.
The document was submitted by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. The Agreement is aimed at improving cooperation effectiveness to protect citizens and guarantee their rights and freedom.
Each State party, in accordance with its legislation, takes all the necessary measures to prevent attempts of illegal restrictions of freedoms of protected persons by third parties on the territories of their states.
