The State Duma ratified the Treaty between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Zimbabwe on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters.
According to the document, the assistance can be provided in case when there was an act and the following request if an act is a criminal offence under the laws of both States parties. In addition, the requested party can provide legal assistance at its will in case if act is not related to a criminal offence under its national legislation.
