recalled that the initiative to create BRICS belonged to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.
“The international structure created at his initiative has evolved and shows to the whole world that the future can be built only on the principles of trust, non-interference in the affairs of other states, absence of double standards and mutually beneficial cooperation. At the same time, each state in the structure can feel comfortable. There is no coincidence that BRICS has become one of the pillars of shaping multipolar and fair world order,” said Vyacheslav Volodin.
