Sweden and Finland joined NATO to also get “a slice of this pie”, State Duma Chairman says
“A large number of countries, including European nations, who want to take a bite out of Russia, have jumped into this war [in Ukraine – editor’s note]. Why do you think Finland and Sweden have joined NATO? Because they want a slice of this pie for themselves, too. We must be aware of it and do everything on our part to protect our citizens. Those trying to stop our country’s development are wrong: it will not work. Victory will be ours,” said Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin
