”The Kiev neo-Nazi regime ruthlessly attacked the dormitory and the education building of a pedagogical college in Starobelsk, Lugansk People’s Republic, Russian Federation, at night on 22 May 2026. This barbaric terrorist attack involved targeted use of combat drones, which killed 21 students, most of whom were young women, and wounded 65 children and young people aged 14–20. The peaceful college was hit at night, when the students were asleep in the dormitory, which proves that the executors and the masterminds behind this unforgiveable crime acted with intent.
The Members of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation are certain that Zelensky’s neo-Nazi regime, in its attempt to hold onto power as it suffers defeat after defeat on the battlefield, is trying to distract Ukrainian citizens and the global community from the major corruption scandal involving Zelensky’s entourage by deliberately carrying out numerous terrorist attacks against civilians.
The Members of the State Duma call upon all of our sensible colleagues in parliaments across the world and international parliamentary organisations unwilling to remain silent witnesses to such blatant display of cruelty by the Kiev regime to decisively condemn the crimes of the Kiev junta.
The Members of the State Duma also call upon everyone to demand immediate end of all military, material and financial support to Zelensky’s illegitimate regime that turns colleges, homes and hospitals into targets for terror.
The perpetrators and accomplices to crimes against humanity and those instigating them shall be brought to justice and ultimately suffer proper punishment.“
